A: We provide 24 X 7 access via our leasing off and call center.

A: Yes.

Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
A: All leases are between Prime Property and the tenant. The lease is, however, assignable to the owner.

A: No. We manage and develop real estate.

A: Payment is made on or about the 15th of every month for the prior month’s profit.

A: Rent is collected at our office, through the mail or through and electronic payment. Payments are deposited to a trust account.
